Lesson payments are prepaid at the end of each month for the following month.
Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting area or
if dropping off a student, please arrive promptly at the end of his/her lesson as the next lesson will start on the half hour.
Adam may take a few minutes out of a lesson to discuss students progress with parents.
Lessons will not be held or charged on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Other days may be announced.
Cancellation and Make-Up Policy
Each student will be allowed 3 make-ups per year at no extra charge.
Cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance in order to recieve a make-up lesson.(Understanding that in some cases a student may not be able to give 24hrs. notice, 1 of the 3 make-ups may be made without 24hrs. notice).
No credits will be given for student absences.
Notice of discontinuing lessons must be made 2 weeks in advance.
In the event Adam is not able to make a lesson, every effort will be made to contact the student ahead of time. A credit will be given to the student for the following months payment.
There are no refunds.
